“Nemuno linija” was founded in 2004 to safeguard unique construction high-speed hydrofoil riverboats and revitalize waterway between Kaunas and Nida. We are committed to popularizing this unprecedented water road of 240 km (150 miles) length.

“Nemuno linija” provides regularly scheduled tours, group and private charters. Travel time – approximately 4 hours.

“Nemuno linija” operates two legendary “Rocket” type, high-speed hydrofoil riverboats “Aistė” and “Lina” and other two vessels “Kristė” and “Gintė”. These uniquely built hydrofoil boats were first launched in 1957 in Soviet Union. Their manufacturing continued until the early 1970s.

Both vessels - “Aistė” and “Kristė” - are newly renovated and meet all passengers’ safety standards. While comfortably sitting in the chair, passengers can admire picturesque shores of Neman River, sip their favorite drinks and enjoy delicious food. Moreover, ships are conveniently equipped with sound and video systems (DVD). Microphone is available upon request.

In 2007 “Nemuno linija” has obtained its license No. 00023 for unspecified period. It was provided by Lithuanian Marine Inspection (institution responsible for issuance of permissions to carry the passengers on Lithuanian inner waters).

Our vessels are perfect for seminars and conferences, company outings, birthday parties, anniversaries, baptism and wedding receptions. During the trip passengers can take pictures and record videos.

Company employs six highly skilled professional captains, who will safely transport you from Kaunas to Nida and back.
